According to the author "are styles that may look different but for me is very close.
I use a lot of wood, is a very noble stand and although I would be uncommon in full in my shows, I think the painting is visceral, so it is all together, look for a rural aesthetic, which have heat and that leaves the peoples, ancient doors and windows have been in the houses and have their story. "
Julio Segura appreciated the willingness of the City Council through the Department of Culture for hosting this exhibition.
According to Emiliano Hernandez, who has done the foreword of the publication containing the contents of the sample and friend of the artist, "with the work of Julio Segura no one is indifferent, the observation of one of his paintings leads us to want to get in it, to want to jump on the clear waters of the river and getting lost in the undergrowth of the forest. Hernandez added: "His work has a special color and is an artist with a long history and sees with one eye than the rest of us."
