One of the novelties with which this Holy Week will be the First Gastronomic Competition Easter 2010 "Food Jumilla typical," which will test the skills of Jumillano for potato patties, tomato, sequillos and Pirus.
This is an initiative arising from the Merchants Association ExpoBoda Jumilla, near Central Quesera Montesinos.
For this contest, taking place the day of Easter Tuesday, at six o'clock in the afternoon, has established four categories: Best potato pie, tomato pie better, better Prius, and better Sequillo.
The winners of these categories will be presented with a trophy, 150 euros, and a case Montesinos Luxe Cheese plus a bottle of wine Servant.
It has also established a special category Montesinos Special Award for Innovation.
Will be for the best pie potato, tomato or other ingredients, with the prerequisite of any cheese containing Montesinos.
For this category the prize is a trophy, $ 300, Luxe case and a lot of wines.
This contest is open to both professionals and any citizen who wants it, being the indispensable condition presenting fifteen units of the mode you want to participate.
They must be worn before six o'clock in the afternoon at the theater door Vico, where there will be a stand enabled.
Throughout the competition all participants can enjoy free access to all products submitted to the contest, and Central cheese Cheese Montesinos and Jumilla wines.
