Civil Guard officers were arrested in Murcia Jumilla an Ecuadorian citizen, a resident of the town, as the alleged perpetrator of the death of a person of the same nationality who shared housing.
The arrest took place at dawn on Monday, shortly after the events occurred after these agents have knowledge that the Ecuadorian WAPM, 43 years old, had plunged a knife into a man of the same nationality and 21 years of age, when the latter was sleeping in a room they shared with other people.
The aforementioned person was arrested on suspicion of a crime of attempted murder, a classification which has been altered by the death of the victim.
This was taken at the time the hospital has Yecla and died from his injuries.
The detainee has a history of a crime of intentional homicide, which occurred in the year 2001 in the Valencian town of Fuente la Higuera.
