The Directorate General of Trade and Handicrafts of the Region of Murcia has granted to the Merchants Association Jumilla ExpoBoda a grant to start the implementation of the quality label "Sol Murcia Region" which was recently presented by the Ministry of Universities , Business and Research of the Autonomous Region of Murcia, this quality mark to distinguish establishments that stand for excellence, according to reports from this group.
A sun is the symbol that traders will meet a decalogue of commitments that guarantee the best service to customers, in an initiative that is part of the Plan to Promote Trade in the Region of Murcia.
The Decalogue provides that trade commitments to obtain the sun is characterized by professionalism in customer service, complete information to consumers, the relationship of trust with the client, the credibility and reliability of the trader, protection and security customer relations, image and conditions of commercial establishments, the commitment to training, commitment to sustainability and the environment, cooperation and corporate responsibility, and the incorporation of new technologies.
Businesses can get up to three suns.
The former is achieved by adhering to the Code of Good Practices on Trade, the second you get when you have the certificate of compliance to the standard quality 175001 UME service of small businesses, and the third will be awarded if the facility has implemented the models of excellence approved by the European Union.
Another measure for the implementation of the brand "Sol Murcia" will be to carry bags, stickers and labels.
