Last Saturday took place in the courtyard of the IES Arzobispo Lozano's Day Reception in classrooms, with the participation of nearly 200 children from all schools shared activities.
This action is part of the Migrant Program, "as an activity within the core of education projects in order to welcome the children who join for the first time the education system, as reported by the Town and Country Social Mariana Gómez.
Gomez added that "with activity intended to be a festive evening for children and providing a framework to promote coexistence and exchange of students from different schools, and that the little ones feel important by having joined the classroom. "
This day is organized with the collaboration of the FAMP, responsible for organizing leisure activities that took place throughout the afternoon, mostly consisting of traditional games like sack races, balloon and hits the game of musical chairs, among others, and also included a number of inflatables for all ages, a cycling track and mechanical bull child.
With these activities the council aims to promote coexistence and cultural exchange, beginning with the smallest and engaged in activities that integrate immigrant and Jumillano.
