25, 26 and 27 November and 1 December will be conducting a Basic Course in Volunteer.
The course will develop in the Civic Center The Alpicoz, Baron of solar street s / n, at a time of 16:30 to 20:30.
Places are limited and interested persons must complete an application form and submit it to the Social Services Centre, located in Calle Ramón y Cajal, number 8.
They add that people who do not get places on the course, enter a waiting list for the year 2010.
As for the contents of the course, discuss concepts and types of volunteering, classes, volunteering, legal issues, according to Law 5 / 2004 October 22, volunteers from the region of Murcia and organizations performing social work: Red Cross , Caritas, Civil Protection and Social Work.
There will also be practical in some centers of Jumilla.
It is organized by the Department of Social Policy and Welfare of the municipality and is included in the Volunteer Programme.
