The next November 21 will take place in the Final Jumilla Regional Chess Championship Team.
This is the first time the city hosts the final of this sport and has received outstanding cooperation of the Department of Sports, as confirmed by its director José Luis Monreal.
Monreal said that "for us is very important to first in the regional final Jumilla chess, historically a very popular sport in the town."
The councilman added that "We remain committed to supporting grassroots sport and clubs to carry out educational work is as important as the chess among children."
The event, which brings together 42 teams (about 170 players) of the three regional divisions will be played in the aging room of Bodegas San Isidro, an ideal place for "the beauty and tranquility," according to notes from the organization.
The event will begin at 16:30 and end around 20:30 hours, approximately.
After completion will proceed to the awards ceremony, which will be about 21:00 and after this, will offer a wine of honor for both participants and accompanying persons.
Bodegas San Isidro addition is preparing to conduct a tour of the winery for the companions of the players as they develop the final.
The organization added that "this event, which Coimbra Sports Association has worked closely with the Department of Youth and Sports, promises to be spectacular in terms of organization and development."
"This event marks the first time you perform in Jumilla and both institutions and partners such as the Club Coimbra have the greatest interest for everything to be your best and leave the name of Jumilla in very good place."
