The Governing Council authorized the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS), to enter into 70 seats for the attention and care of mentally ill patients in residence Villa Sofia of Jumilla.

The Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration provides a total of 502,152 euros to these places for chronically ill patients whose physical and mental causes that require specialized care and continuous.

The concert seats with internal Villa Sofia was launched in 2007 with the recruitment of fifty beds, a number that was unchanged last year 2008 and this year was increased by 20 seats.
