UCAM has organized within the Summer University 2009, the course 'Introduction to oenology and wine tasting. "
The course was conducted at the Center for Training and Integrated Agricultural Experiences (CIFE), Jumilla days 6 and 7 July.
The sessions have been conducted many activities, including visits to wineries, vineyards and wine tastings.
Likewise, various experts have given lectures related to science prohibited.
The course coordinator, Professor of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition, UCAM, Santiago López-Miranda, explained that "the main difference with other issues has been the greater weight given to the practical.
This year there have been two tasting sessions, one on each day, unlike other years, which was done the tasting session on the second day. "
