Jumilla Mayor and Councilman Francisco Abellán José Luis Monreal Sports recently unveiled two new tennis courts that consider the Polideportivo Municipal La Hoya.
The tracks are already in operation were built after the handball court and have been implemented with local funds at a cost around 42,000 euros per track, according to Monreal said.
Francisco Abellán said "these new tracks and tennis fans, mostly children of the Municipal School of Tennis, will have adequate facilities for this sport.

The use of these tracks is as hitherto, will be rented as the old tennis courts.
The works have been carried out under the project by the architect Joaquín Martínez Vicente.
They have installed six light towers, at which to hold night meetings.
The two tracks have been christened with the name of famous Spanish tennis players.
Closest to the main entrance is known as Sanchez Vicario Sports, while the other, Rafa Nadal.
