The director of the Institute of Youth in the Region of Murcia, Veronica Lopez, accompanied by the Mayor of Jumilla, Francisco Abellán, and the councilman of Youth, José Luis Monreal, opened this morning, new municipal facilities that will house the Office of Housing, the Youth Employment Centre and the Youth Information Centre 'Informajoven'.
The new units are located in the center of Jumilla, in the garden of King Don Pedro, in a room of 190 square meters, divided into five offices, boardroom, meeting room and entrance hall.
Veronica Lopez said that "youth programs and services must be accessible and available to young people," adding that "the youth of the Region of Murcia are committed and very active, so all the opportunities they offer the advantage ".
The cost of the construction and rehabilitation of the property is 90,000 euros, of which € 20,000 has been provided by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, through the Youth Institute of the Region of Murcia, for equipment for youth facilities .
