Poet Lorenzo El Paseo Guardiola de Jumilla will look better in the Festival of August this year.
The City Council intends to amend the lighting of the central and the left side.
Also recently been completed pruning work of all the palm trees of this walk, as confirmed Gardens Councilman and Mayor Antonio Martinez and Francisco Abellán Works council.
As for the palms, has been carried out pruning of 113 palm trees at a cost of more than 9,000 euros, according to an approved expenditure in a recent Local Government Board.
From now on, it will undertake, between the council and the council Services Works complete modification of all lighting in the middle of the Paseo and the left side, because the right (which houses the home and Local police units) has new lighting.
It will remove old concrete lampposts and is going to be a luminary like or similar to the other side.
These works have cost around 77,000 euros that will be borne entirely by the City, as well as service personnel and resources.
This new lighting will be completed before the conclusion of the August holidays, which begin on the 13th.
