Sunday May 3, took place the traditional offering of flowers to Christ Tied to the Column.
The parade, which toured the main street of Old Town and others, was attended by hundreds of Jumillano Jumillano and representatives of associations and groups and different religious and political authorities.
Participants of all ages, were dressed in traditional clothing and laid flowers before the statue by sculptor Francisco Salzillo Murcia, who chairs the altar of the parish of Santiago.
After the offering took place the celebration of the Eucharist.
The Christ Tied to the column is in the town since last April when he was moved from its home, the convent of Santa Ana del Monte, to participate in the processions of Holy Week.
Next Sunday will return to the Franciscan convent and his transfer will be done, as is also traditional in Pilgrimage and insurance, together with thousands of files again and devotees of this image.
