The image of the Holy Christ of Forgiveness presided over the Good Friday Stations of the Cross.
The shoulder height was home by members of the Brotherhood of the Blood Christ.
With this the Cross, watched by large numbers of people, began the program for the ceremonies of Holy Week 2009.
This is the Cross are praying the stations, where different images are placed along the route: The Agony in the Garden, Kiss of Judas, Christ Humbled, Ecce Homo, the Christ of the Judgement, Christ in the Fall, Christ Mercy, Veronica, First Lady of Pain, Mary Magdalene, Christ of the Expiration, Cristo de la Vida, Virgen de la Soledad and Lamentations.
The procession started at 21:00 hours from the parish church of Santiago (by the south gate) and toured Santiago, Plaza de Arriba, Salvador Pérez de los Cobos, San Roque, Constitution Plaza Canovas del Castillo, Steps and Canalejas , to end at the Church of the Savior.
