On Thursday March 12 Jumilla welcomes the holding of a conference on 'Marketing of Wine', organized by the Institute of Foreign Trade (ICEX) and collaboration with the town of Jumilla.
The event will take place in the classroom Culture Caja Murcia, from 9:00 in the morning.

At 9:00 is due to receipt of the attendees and at 9:30 the opening of the conference to be attended by various local authorities.
The presentations begin at 9:45 and the first one will be on 'How to find the niche market and position. "
In this talk we will talk about why marketing, wine marketing principles, define the consumer who drinks my wine and positioning process.
From 10:30 am are scheduled several presentations on 'How to develop my marketing strategy. "
They will focus on the brand, the importance of the label, packaging, the need for advertising, promotion, public relations, marketing budget, pricing, sales management, distribution, distribution channels, POS material and how to call the attention to the dealer.
At 13:00 hours, talk about 'How to achieve the marketing objectives set' an example of a strategic marketing plan.
Since that time there will be a symposium and the closing is scheduled for 14:00.
