The Ministry of Public Administration has submitted to the City of Jumilla favorable resolution of the Design Development and Implementation of Access Road to the Castle and the Public Sphere, as reported by Francisco Abellán, Mayor of Jumilla.
Since the publication of this resolution exists within one month to the tendering of the works.
Abellán has indicated that "we are going to develop the specifications for approval and begin hiring immediately."
The approved project was one of seven submitted for inclusion in line Central government support given to Jumilla total amount of 4,300,000 euros.
The main objective of this contribution is the creation of employment in the municipality.
The seven projects were referred to Government Office for transfer to the Ministry of Public Administration, with the goal of adoption.
The proposed implementation of the access road to the castle, is the second largest project of its budget.
This work will intervene in this area, from the floors of MOPU to strength, with a widening of the road for two vehicles, with a passage for bicycles, fitness for a little square with viewpoints and to carry out open-air events .
The operating budget is EUR 1,062,210 and must be completed before 31 December.
This project will employ 21 workers.
