The company Central Jumillano Quesera Montesinos has won two new awards in the competition "Premios Cinch" of the Junta de Castilla y León.
So it has obtained 'Cinch Gold' for the 'Cane Sheep' and 'Cinch Silver' for the 'Cane Goat', according to sources of that company.
The "Cinch Awards" are a reference in the national dairy sector, both because it is the competition for the greatest number of samples are presented, such as the unique international character among all those held in Spain.
This year has had about 700 samples from six countries (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, UK and Austria) and the participation of cheeses from all regions of Spain.
The award was presented recently at the Theatre Liceo de Salamanca.
