Jumilla City Council has begun hiring record for the works to build a pavilion with showers and laundry for bystanders and immigrants who lack these services, said Councilwoman Mariana Gómez Social Policy.
This pavilion will be located in the courtyard of the House of Reception of Immigrants who are scheduled to be launched next year.
This house is located on the street Cabecico.
This service would be separate to the house and is aimed primarily at transients and migrants "who have need for personal hygiene and do not have the means and who need to wash clothes and they are without means to do so" Alderman says.
Mariana Gomez added that the beginning of this dossier has been approved by the Board of Trade.
It is done by negotiated procedure without advertising and the execution time of the work will be 6 months from being awarded.
For this performance, the Department of Social Policy at the Department requested a grant to meet the cost of the work of the pavilion and adequacy of the court.
The amount rises to 114,116 euros, of which contributes 25% of the City of Jumilla and 75% left the Ministry of Social Policy.
