Three workshops on Programme of Events, Involvement and Outreach and communications groups were analyzed celebrations in August 2008 during the Case Workshop held in Torre del Rico, organized by the Department of Celebration and Citizenship.
Attended by nearly fifty people, members of Celebration City Council, representatives of the groups festive, districts, neighborhood associations, media, youth groups and members of other social sectors.
After analyzing the results of past holidays in the various desks, they outlined the proposals for the Holidays 2009.
It is the second time that this workshop takes place.
When initiated, Ildefonso Jimenez, head of Jubilee made a presentation of the day and discussed the topics covered in the workshop of the Torre del Rico 2007, the proposals that came out of it and the degree of implementation of these approaches.
Jimenez noted that "of all the proposals were implemented about 80%."
Of the 33 findings, "has been fully implemented 27, and the six that have not been completed, are currently running two," said Councilman area.
After this presentation were formed three working groups, which analyzed each item and then released the findings of the same.

In this workshop agreed that, since there is a wide range of activities, it could be extended to more days of the Fair.
Also discussed the organization of joint events for all groups through the Municipal Council of Celebration, and the presentation of their own Party and the Offering of Flowers to the patron, among others.
As the Patron's Day, August 15, it said that that day should be special events with the participation of all groups and associations festive Jumilla.
Then, as a member of his desk, Involvement of the collective, Maria Dolores Martinez, said that one of the main conclusions of all members of this group was that we had to increase the participation mainly from the districts and trying to report more and Best of all groups with meetings or workshops as being done that day.
It was also suggested more communication between groups festive and hamlets and neighborhood associations.
Finally, the spokesman of the Bureau of Communication and Information of the parties, Mari Carmen Cañete said the work done at this meeting.
On the logo of the party, said that you should create a commission to review the same, as to whether the design is the most appropriate and represents all parties Jumilla or just to the fair.
Also raised, as paramount, the need for a specific budget for the Promotion and Dissemination, and the creation of a press office and a dedicated website for this purpose.
This panel also discussed making a formal presentation in cities such as Murcia, Valencia and Alicante and the achievement of 'staging' with all the groups in the capital of Murcia, to raise awareness of the holidays.
It was also suggested placing information boards at the entrances to Jumilla and stands and monoliths in different parts of the city.
You proposed to carry out mailing through the Regional Houses.
Finally, this workshop was concluded to start the record of the 'Declaration of Regional Tourist Interest' for the holidays in August, and the development of a promotional video of them that can be distributed through of the local television network in Spain.
As assessment of the holidays last year, at this table, agreed that "improved considerably, highlighting various acts of the different groups and the wide acceptance of musical concerts."
Following these conclusions, José Carrión, as vice president of Celebration City Council, said the Fair and Festival of Jumilla should be a meeting between all groups.
For its part, Ildefonso Jimenez thanked the host of the hamlet of Torre del Rico for the realization of this day, as well as assistance and participation of all present.
He also announced that it intends to extend this kind of working days to other areas of the City, following the same format as this and in order to "provide more ideas for the holidays."
All these proposals and conclusions will be incorporated into a dossier that will be distributed among all groups and associations and made public for the attention of all and Jumillano Jumillano.
