The Director of Fine Arts and Cultural Heritage, Enrique Ujaldón, and Director General for Cultural Promotion, Antonio Martinez, Jumilla visited to learn about local initiatives and potential projects in the field of Culture.
Along with local elected officials visited the Teatro Vico, the modernist house that might be the future Regional Wine Museum, the Municipal Museums, excavations at the Villa Romana "The Cypresses" and the Fossil Footprints "Hoya de la Sima."
The CEOs of the Autonomous Region held a working day in the town that began when they were received by the Mayor of Jumilla Francisco Abellán and Culture Councillor Joan Guardiola.

Regional and local politicians explained to the media the purpose of this visit.

Ujaldón added that "we will work together and more so considering that the investment in Equity Jumilla alone justifies."
For its part, the regional manager Antonio Martinez Cultural Promotion showed the interest of all sites that have been visited and highlighted the participation of area that accounts for many cultural activities and the importance of places like the Teatro Vico to be "being in the best conditions."
