June 27, 2008 .- La Guardia Civil de Murcia, in coordination with the Customs Surveillance Assistant (DAVA), has undertaken in the Region the operation called "Duomo", which has high purity cocaine seized from Argentina, which was hidden in false bottoms and could have reached on the illicit market worth close to EUR 40,000.
In the operation have been arrested so far three people as alleged perpetrators of crime AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH.
The operation began last September when Prudo verify that a parcel from Argentina contained in it, in double bottoms, a substance that could be cocaine.
Upon learning of this, police began an operation coordinated with the intention of determining the structure of the network dedicated to drug trafficking.
The first police investigations carried out allowed the investigating officers know the identity of an individual member of an organized network, initiating a monitoring and control of such person, proving to be the recipient of the package, who lived in the town of Jumilla (Murcia) .
The result of this device could see how many people were responsible for the receipt of the package that was allegedly related to criminal network, continuing with the investigation until it could fully identify and locate these three people.
After obtaining the necessary evidence in a large device mounted police officers and Customs Enforcement Civil Guard, during the 2nd and 3rd of October was performed the controlled delivery of postal packages of suspected persons, that on proof inside the double bottoms of a folder were several bags of cocaine of high purity, we proceeded to the arrest of three individuals.
DETAINEES
Three people arrested as alleged perpetrators of CRIME AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH, identified as STG, a 38-year-old Spanish national, JCOs, and RTG, 36 and 37 years of age and Bolivian nationality, all residents of Jumilla (Murcia .)
Narcotic:
650 grams of cocaine of high purity, which after being processed and adulterated may reach several kilos for consumption.
The initial value on the illicit market in excess of 40,000 euros.

Related documents supposedly different drug trafficking.
Those arrested and drugs seized have been made available to the Magistrate's Court in Jumilla (Murcia), which has exercised the judicial management of the operation.
This action has been aborted and neutralize a major cocaine distribution operation in the Peninsula and thus prevent its harmful use among the population.
The operation is still open, so do not rule out more arrests occur in the alleged perpetrators.
