González Tovar reported that the municipal solar program for the new headquarters is 4277 meters square and set up areas for the top job for SEPRONA, dungeons, car, archive, store, customer service and 25 houses (21 apartments for families and 4 singles .)
The total built area will be about 4400 square meters, and cost 3.5 million euros, payable through an agreement with the builder to change the floor where is located the current Civil Guard barracks.
