Has already started procedures for the construction of the highway linking Venta del Olivo and Jumilla, as confirmed by the Minister of Public Works to the Mayor of Jumilla.
This work was one of the subjects treated with José Ballesta and director of the Institute for Housing and Land Jane Brown, at a recent meeting with the Mayor of Jumilla Francisco Abellán.
On this work, the Minister of Public Works has informed the mayor that is already charged with the drafting of informative studies, environmental impact and track.
Is now pending to award these works and from there in nineteen months, will be completed this procedure and be awarded the work.
Francisco Abellán has expressed its satisfaction with this information, "we hope that these deadlines are met by the regional government and finally, in the coming years, the highway that Jumilla Venta del Olivo to be a reality."
"This highway, along with being built by the ministry of White-Jumilla, will greatly improve communications within our county to the north and the south of Spain," added the mayor.
