Since last Sunday, the patron saint of Jumilla, Our Lady of the Assumption, is in its home, the Hermitage of San Augustine.
The image has been in the parish of Santiago several weeks, particularly from Sunday 3 August.
During these days he has worshiped on the occasion of the celebration of the Assumption, August 15.
Thus there have been several religious ceremonies and the traditional offering of flowers to the Virgin.
The transfer took place after the celebration of the Eucharist.
Throughout the tour, the cover image was shouldered by the Andersons of St. John the Apostle.
Also accompanied the patron, the Bugle and Drum Band Our Lady of Mercy and the Band of the Musical Association Julian Santos.
Also in the procession was attended by various local authorities as well as responsible for the Brotherhood of Our Lady, representatives of groups and hundreds of festive and Jumillano Jumillano.
