A year Jumilla worship the patron saint, the Virgin of the Assumption, with its participation in the traditional offering of flowers.
This is an activity organized by the Brotherhood that bears his name and celebrating your big day tomorrow, Friday 15 August.
La Ofrenda de Flores had the participation of authorities, groups and associations of Jumilla.
The parade, which ran through several streets of the city, opened the Chorus and Dance Group Salzillo Jumilla Francisco who performed several dances along the route.
This event was increased participation of groups and associations in other years, in fact this year have joined various neighborhood associations, representatives of districts and members of groups such as the Peña Flamenca or Seven Days Newspaper Jumilla.
The offerings were deposited in the parish church of Santiago, where the image of the patron to the Transfer, on Sunday 31 August, at its home, the Hermitage of San Augustine.
The parade included people of all ages and was witnessed by children and adults.
Tomorrow, Friday August 15 marks the big day of our Patron Lady of the Assumption.
At 12:00 there will be a Solemn Mass in his honor.
Will be in the parish church of Santiago and will feature performances of the Coral Canticorum.
In the evening, at eight, will be the Mass and procession, also in his honor.
