The municipal council held an extraordinary plenary session in which it was approved unanimously, the acceptance of a grant for the rehabilitation of the Town Hall, specifically the housing.
It is an economic aid worth 191,826 euros, issued by the Directorate General of Housing and Architecture of the Ministry of Public Works.
This amount represents 37.22% of the total investment cost, which also approved the full commitment of municipal funding necessary to complete this work to be carried out in several installments.
It was also intends to seek other external funding.
The plenary session consisted of another point, referring to a file transfer credit.
This issue was also approved unanimously by all local groups.
This transfer credit, with favorable reports of the municipal technicians and Intervention, has an amount of 750,000 euros and the construction of the Multipurpose Building for the groups and associations of Jumilla.
The game that is canceled is the Security Building "because this building is not going to rush into this exercise," as noted by Mayor Francisco Abellán.
