It's Christmas in Jumilla.
In the afternoon yesterday, the mayor, Juan Guardiola, and the Councillor of Celebration, Cande Fernandez proceeded to the lighting of the Christmas lights in the city ambientará until next January 6th.
The event took place at the entrance of Vico Theatre.
Jumilla Band Association Friends of Music performed then accompanied by her choir Voces Blancas and before the large audience that packed the street.
In the morning, the parish church of Santiago witnessed the proclamation of Christmas this year by architect Gil Marisa Vera and Vera Gil teacher Cali, which were presented by José Gimeno, son of Marisa.
The importance of the family and the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem were the talk of both presenter and heralds throughout his speech.
Friday is also presented the poster Christmas 2015 work Jumillano painter, Eduardo M. Gea.
The event took place in the classroom culture CajaMurcia and was organized by the Association of Belen San Francisco de Assisi in Jumilla.
