Yesterday the contract specifications for the teaching services and administrative management of the Conservatory and the Municipal School of Music in Jumilla is approved.
The award will be conducted through an open process and once granted will have a duration between January 1, 2016 and July 31, 2018, with the possibility to extend the contract for another year.
Companies may submit their tenders after 15 days have elapsed that the bases should be published in the BORM.
The tender budget for the School of Music is 469,540.81 euros, while for the Conservatory of Music is 640,177.63 euros, in this case exempt from VAT according to law.
In both cases these amounts for the entire contract.
The Councillor for Education, Cande Fernandez, has highlighted the improvements that have been made over the previous contract.
"They have gone a third service hours, from 105 to 140. The increase, therefore, is also economical, being around 45,000 euros. There has been no doubt for the benefit of students."
The mayor of the area has also stressed the importance of finalizing the contract has been made as of July 31 that does not end in the middle of the course as previously.
