A total of 29 collective residential buildings typology of Jumilla Assessment Report shall submit to the Autonomous Community before 31 December 2015, according to Law 8/2013 of 26 June rehabilitation, regeneration and urban renewal.
These are all buildings that meet the typology and which was built in 1929 or earlier.
The census was conducted by experts from the City of Jumilla and once approved the relationship owners and affected communities will have 10 days to submit comments.
The report is made in order to establish the status of a building in their condition, compliance with accessibility standards and the degree of energy efficiency.
It shall be responsible for the property to competent technicians.
Breach of the duty to complete on time and the evaluation report will be considered urban infraction.
The penalty will be 100 euros per household and year since the mandatory report.
In the coming years they will be incorporated other buildings that have this same obligation according to the following dates:
Age of the building
Deadline
1929 and earlier
Between 1930 and 1949
Between 1950 and 1959
Between 1960 and 1963
From 1964
5 years beginning from December 31 of the year in which they reach 50 years old
