The World Health Organization emphasizes Alcohol Free Day as an incentive to reflect on alcohol consumption and its consequences.

In arju it is working for fifteen years ago to raise awareness, counseling and rehabilitation of patients with addictions and family.
They launched a series of activities for youth and families that are being developed in different schools and institutes of Jumilla, particularly with students from 6th Primary, 2nd and 4th of ESO.
The goal is the prevention of addiction in minors, for which it is conducting a workshop of healthy habits, as well as a family workshop and direct intervention in young people with addictions.
