Last night was approved in extraordinary plenary session amendments to various general management bylaws, collection and inspection of taxes as well as various regulatory ordinances of taxes and public revenue.
Of the changes proposed by the government team, a total of 26 came forward unanimously, while the rest is made by majority vote.
The Popular Party submitted 16 amendments, while IU-Greens proposed 5 that is not voted in plenary, as they entered the commission opinion on the information held on Day 3.
The changes are mainly based on a general tax cuts and simplification of administrative procedures.
They will drop all taxes, fees and charges by 0.9%, taking into account the decline in annual CPI.
To this we must add another 3% for those bills that are domiciled or remain domiciled.
The initial proposal was for direct collection procedures by the City, but came forward an amendment to the PP that extended to other taxes.
The proposal of the government team brings improved bonuses to large families and people with disabilities in various ordinances as providing cultural and tourist services, the rate of musical education in the public prices of the popular university or youth activities, among others.
Bonuses unemployed, students and pensioners are also introduced.
In addition, they have remained above the existing bonuses in all the ordinances.
Other changes are the elimination of the fee for change of ownership in terms of activities and / or opening of establishments and the special use of public forest with agricultural crops.
To date, these fees represented a cost ranging between 139.60 and 284.15 euros.
In the ordinance of garbage collection service to local rate of less than 50m2 without activity is eliminated and more than 50m2 without activity left in 11.45 euros, representing reduce it by 50%.
To this it is added the IBI receipt will be lower in 2016 in almost all cases because of the cadastral revision.
The value that is currently taking reference was to 2005, so that the next receipt will be presumably lower.

There will be 30 days to submit claims.
The entry into force of the new ordinance is scheduled for 1 January 2016. The amendments concern the following ordinances:

I-03: Tax on Motor Vehicle.
I-04: Tax on Construction, Installations and Works.
I-05: Tax on the Increase in Value of Urban Land.
I-06: Tax hunting grounds.
T-01: Fee for the issuance of administrative documents and processing of administrative files.
T-02 activity fee for the administrative intervention in urban matters.
T-03: Fee for the provision of urban services.
T-04: Fee for administrative intervention activity in the field of activities and / or opening of establishments.
T-05: Charge for occupation of public roads with kiosks.
T-06: Fee for the occupation of public domain materials and other construction-related elements.
T-07: Fee for the occupation of public local land use with tables and chairs for profit.
T-08: occupancy rate for flying, ground, underground services and other benefits on public lands.
T-09: Fee for the occupation of public exhibition facilities, stalls and the like
T-10: Fee for special use of public roads by fords and reserves.
T-11: Fee for use of spaces and municipal facilities to display ads and advertising for profit.
T-12: Fee for the provision of civil marriage celebrations.
