The October plenary session returns to approve the six motions (27/10/2015)

Last night took place the regular plenary session of October that, like in September, approved six motions, two political group.

The first one was debate was carried plenary by United-The Left Greens, who proposed the creation of a working committee to develop a relationship of Jobs (RPT) of the City of Jumilla through its own means.

The Socialist Party introduced an amendment to replace point 1 stating that a study of the real needs done through the General Table of Negotiation, already constituted.

Both the amendment and the motion they went ahead, albeit with the negative vote of the Popular Party.

The following motion was also presented by IU-LV, recovery and implementation of the project to implement the greenway Buzzer Jumilla-Yecla.

The own municipal group IU-LV introduced an amendment which was passed unanimously to change the second point and request that the feasibility study conducted in 2004 by the region recovers.

Also the PSOE presented a substitute amendment which called applying to join the Consortium of Greenways when the feasibility study of the project and the conditions are known.

This amendment was rejected by IU-LV and PP, so the motion went ahead without it unanimously.

Then the motion filed by the PP on the new school Prince Felipe asking urge the Autonomous Community to expedite the proceedings and the local government to underground power line that crosses the land was discussed.

IU-LV introduced an amendment of addition, which was adopted unanimously, which the regional government is urged to ensure the existence of necessary credit in the budget of 2016. He also went ahead, although in this case the negative vote PP, the amendment tabled by the PSOE by the City of Jumilla is committed to underground power line once the work is tendered.

The motion, with its amendments, was adopted unanimously.

In the next point, the PSOE presented a motion that was debated ask the regional government to negotiate urgently with the Federation of Municipalities of the delegation of powers established by Law 27/2013.

The PP presented a substitute amendment which asks the autonomous community to pass a bill that guarantees to municipalities providing social services until the law of powers laid down in the legislation do not assume.

It fell through the amendment by the negative vote of the PSOE and the abstention of IU-LV, while the motion was positive votes of PSOE and IU-LV and the negative of the PP, which also was approved.

In point 13 of the agenda, a motion of the PP in which local government was requested to re-enable all local groups access to the server of the City was discussed.

PP also introduced an amendment to clarify that access is in query mode, which did not go ahead because PSOE and IU-LV gave negative feedback.

If the amendment of IU-LV was approved, but the refusal of the PP, requesting access to the state budget and record headers and out.

The motion unanimously finished moving forward.

He was also unanimous decision to approve the motion of the PSOE to create a program of free textbooks for students in compulsory education.

Section outside the motions, the House unanimously brought forward the proposal to join the recruitment center of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces.

In the other points realized resolutions Mayor and Aldermen delegates, of judgments, and the report Intervention on the average supplier payment period for the third quarter of 2015 and the report on the Treasury delinquency in the same period this year.

The regular meeting October ended with a round of questions and answers.
