Esparto a suit has been selected as part of the last quarter of 2015 in the section of ethnography and natural science museum Jerónimo Molina.
This is one of the latest additions to the collection, made by craftsman Bas Salvador.
The suit was conducted between late 1988 and early 1989 to participate in the carnival of 1989. He attended various carnival in Spain, always receiving awards for this craftsmanship.
A few weeks ago, the author's son, Juan José Bas, gave the museum this costume and various handicrafts of esparto that his father had made and it was his wish to donate to the museum to ensure its preservation.
