His red wine Finca Luzon is the most awarded, with six medals
Bodegas Luzon has accumulated ten medals in the national competition of young wines Bacchus in the last decade, making it the firm with more awards in this prestigious event, organized by the Spanish Tasters Union.
These awards, principal benchmark of quality for Spanish wine processing and who just celebrated his XXIX edition, are the only competition exclusively open to the participation of the wines produced in the most recent harvest.
Bodegas Luzon has joined this year by two Baco de Oro prize two young wines, Finca Luzon Luzon Verde 2014 Organic 2014, confirming the quality of the grapes harvested and their wines.
Of the ten accumulated medals, six belong to the red wine harvest Finca Luzon, which is the most awarded of the contest, also in the same period.
A wine from the last harvest fruit, fruity, fresh, lively and sparkling, full of sensations, that the character of the grape monostrell will incorporate touch and syrah fruit rotunda.
The Bacchus awards are the longest-lived of all who are recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment (MAGRAMA).
This annual event brings together renowned expert tasters, experience, objectivity and independence, including journalists, sommeliers, winemakers, Masters of Wine and masters of sommelier, who evaluate and recognize the quality of wines
Bodegas Luzon has its roots in the successive union of winemakers winemakers from the early twentieth century, but it is from 2005, date on which became the property of Grupo Fuertes, when major investments to modernize facilities which together were undertaken tradition and know-how of this jumillana cellar, given as a result of high quality wines.
