Vico programming Theater this weekend, stop in a special way, at Easter and music, with two concerts dedicated to the Passion Week, hand UCAM and Coral Discantus, and the Association Jumillana Friends of Music.
Thursday night, at 21.00, one of the masterpieces of music history, arrives at Vico Theatre, "The Passion According to St. Matthew", which stops at Jumilla, after the huge success of his performance in large cities like Elche, Cartagena and Murcia.
A work of acknowledged importance being offered for the first time by an orchestra and choir Murcia in collaboration with the Coral Discantus of Murcia and UCAM Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Borja Quintas.
With a duration of more than two and a half hours is the longest of Bach work, and their interpretation in Jumilla together leading names like Mariví Blasco, Inés Olabarría, Francisco Alvarez and Jesus Cantolla
The next appointment with the music in the theater will be on Monday, this time at the hands of the AJAM.
At 20.00 hours, will be the Concert Tribute to Bacigalupe José Serrano, a parent Jumillano Association Friends of Music and conductor 82 to 87, plus Forerunner School of Music AJAM.
For the occasion, former band musicians will participate in the concert, which also progress Easter Jumillana, composed by José Puerto, companion and friend Bacigalupe be released.
Through music, they will go through their history in the band, and as a scoop, a march composed Bacigalupe unprecedented procession, which was never interpreted, and now see the light, thanks to the collaboration of premiere one of its outstanding students, Roque Baños, who has orchestrated for the occasion.
During the second perta, will be the traditional Easter concert of AJAM dedicated this year to the Procession of the Risen Jesus.
