From United Left-Greens claim that the positive view of the economy expressed by the Popular Party is influenced by loans that currently has awarded the City of Jumilla, especially of replacing the Provider Payment Plan.
Indicate that according to recent data, there are still 18 loans with different banks and amounting to 7.5 million euros.
They note that not share the optimistic of PP in its recent announcement of surplus vision.
Remember that on the website of the government team (jumilla.org) the news was titled as "The City of Jumilla closed the year 2014 with a surplus of 6 million and a half euros" when it is completely false.
The surplus is 2,239,000 and this is by no means the real and fully adjusted when you consider the large volume of invoices that have been recognized and paid in the last crediting.
IU-Greens remember Remnant Treasury for General Expenses and Surplus are two different concepts that the Councillor of Finance, Alicia Abellán, knows or should know and therefore should not be lying when is titled a story on a budget settlement.
Considered worrying that more attention be paid no outstanding receivables from previous years 500,000 euros for 2013. They explain that this implies that efforts to collect what is owed to the City not going well and to be doing things worse.
With respect to outstanding receivables had much to do and unfortunately remains to be done, and this considering that large amounts have been canceled for being bad.
In IU-Greens believe that with the squares covered Intervention and Treasury, time to make a clearance that allows to know to what extent will charge these amounts.
They believe that these economic data will not help solve one of the major problems of society, such as unemployment and continued reduction of contributing to Social Security.
This is because the City can only use the budget surplus to meet debt payments.
They say that once you have finished the Adjustment Plan is problematic for Jumilla is that they have not finished the constraints to investment or to contracts that may limit the effects of unemployment.
This obligation of the central government of the People's Party prevents use this money in employment schemes or investments that stimulate the economy.
The perception of IU-Green is not positive because these data do not affect the daily life of the inhabitants of Jumilla.
