The Department of Equality prepares to celebrate March 8, Women's Day, with a set of diverse thematic activities, among which highlight the Route II Female Jumilla in a meeting to be held on Sunday March 8, and ending with a convivial meal.
According unveiled the head of Equality, Alicia Abellán, activities begin on Monday, March 2, with the awards ceremony and inauguration of the exhibition "Drawing Contest IV Equality".
The event will take place at 18.30 pm in the Plenary Hall of the City of Jumilla, and exposure to all the jobs will run until March 13, the hours of 9.00 to 15.00 hours.
On Tuesday, March 3, at the Central Market, a sample was carried out with all the handicrafts made by women's associations, in this way, in addition to its report within each association.
The exhibition will be held at 11.00 hours to 13.00 hours.
For Wednesday March 4, the Department in collaboration with Cinema Interiors Club, have organized a meeting Film Forum, with the screening of a film and debate on issues linked to change in terms of the concepts of equality, along in recent history.
The film session will take place at 19.30 in the Sociocultural Centre Roque Baños and entry is free.
On Thursday March 5, the session of the School of Empowerment, also will be dedicated to Women's Day, the "Trust myself" workshop to be held as usual, from 17.30 to 18.30, in the Sociocultural Centre Roque Baños and that will be taught by Eugenia Piñero, More Active Association.
The week of activities will be completed on Saturday, March 7 with an open house at the Center for Child Care "Arsenal" (CAI).
From 1130 to 14. 00 hours, all parents who want to know the center's facilities may do so, with the help of educators, who provide social and educational service.
The activities on the occasion of Women's Day, come to an end on Sunday, March 8, with one of the highlights of programming, II Route Jumilla in Women, which this time will have a city tour of the Casco Old, in which there will be explaining the historian María Rosa Gualda.
The activity will begin at 12.00, from Plaza de Arriba, and end at 14.00, with a meal of coexistence among all women's associations Jumilla.

Also highlighted as Women's Day, will this year, a special significance for women's associations of Jumilla, who held twice since the day before, on March 7, will receive the highest recognition of the City of Jumilla, Hypnos 2014 Equality Award, "a deserved mention of a group of women without hardly noticing it, are changing the concept of equality in Jumilla".
