The head of Murcia, Alberto Garre, today received in official visit at the Palacio de San Esteban Mayor of Jumilla, Enrique Jimenez.
The mayor he moved to the President's importance to the municipality that in this term progress can be made in some of the infrastructure considered vital for the economic development of the municipality.
One of these actions are the refurbishment of the road to El Carche and completion of the Wine Museum.
In this regard, the president promptly informed him that included an item to start next year this project for improvement of this road in PresupuestosGenerales CARM.
The Mayor reported that the Wine Museum is well underway and expected to be a reality soon, as it is important to promote wine tourism, in addition to the wine roads of the town.
Moreover, the president also received today the members of the Organizing Committee of the 30 National Conference of Exaltation of Drum and Bass Drum, which this year celebrated in Jumilla, from 12 to 14 March.
Jumilla is the last municipality that has joined the tradition of playing the bass drum and the drum at Easter, with only ten years of history, and that has driven Christ Drums Association of Blood.
In these days gather each year more than 22,000 people from 22 cities that make up the Consortium of Peoples Drum and Bass Drum.
