Tomorrow Friday, October 10, will be held in the Municipal Museum "Jerónimo Molina" Science of Nature, at 20.00 the screening of a documentary about the Giant Crystals of Naica Cave, produced by Javier Trueba and Juan Manuel García Ruiz.
It is a fascinating adventure of scientific research, through a journey into the depths of the earth in search of the most beautiful treasures of the mineral world, to explain one of the great mysteries: The formation of giant crystals of gypsum , Naica mine in Mexico.
Since Roman mines Segobriga described by Pliny the Elder, to Europe's largest geode in Almeria;
from the volcanic depths of the Andes, to the great Crystal Cave of Naica, an authentic crystal palace hidden beneath the Mexican desert of Chihuahua.
A tour of the hand of Professor Juan Manuel García Ruiz to discover the wonderful world of crystals, science and beauty, and the mystery of its formation.
