Nearly fifty people enjoyed this weekend of traditional jumillana kitchen II Gastronomic Night organized by the Association of Artisans of Jumilla, in order to value the typical jumillanos dishes in the incomparable setting the House Artisan.
Casa Canales, establishment responsible for conducting the catering for the evening, this time focused on tapas dishes from the land, as are the varieties of cheese, Iberian loin daggerboard with aioli, empanadas, or various skewers, ending with sweets, and I therefore paired with wines from Jumilla.
As highlighted by Thomas Perdigón, president of the Association, "it is a given that each edition is consolidated, and that we got to capture the curious attention whenever the jumilla cuisine using local produce, already have asked for when the next appointment. "
Upcoming activities
The next activity to be organized by the Association, shall be the act of appointment as Honorary Artisan, this time for Emily, jumillana who has worked within the Association of Artisans of Jumilla since its founding.
The event will be held at the Roque Baños Sociocultural Saturday, August 2, at 21.00.
Also during the summer, Artisan House will host various exhibitions jumillanos artists and guests, so that the first one will be devoted to the Honorable Artisan this year, who will present their works in wool until August 6 .
