Within the program of activities that the Youth Council has organized this summer, one of the most interest is generating is the decrease of Segura, which took place on Sunday, August 3, with a special price of 12 euros per person.
The tour includes round trip from Jumilla Cieza where to start the descent, and lunch, plus additional activities such as the "zorb ball" and "roller ball".
Participants do not need previous experience, simply follow the explanations and instructions properly monitor during activity.
It is recommended to have some knowledge of swimming although not 100% necessary, as all participants will lifejackets.
The first will be the descent of the Segura.
In it, participants will sail in rubber rafts for 12 km of stretches that blend quick and calm waters that run between the towns of Cieza and Abarán, ending at the dam place "The Jarral" privileged landscape and regional attractions .
Registrations will be formalized in the Youth Council to complete the squares, where besides the youth of the town, may inform the other activities planned for this summer 2014.
