The Sports Council, is launching a campaign, the 2014 Summer multisport Schools, aimed at children aged between 7 and 11 years, which will take place from Monday to Thursday during the month of July, in the Municipal Sports Pavilion "Carlos Garcia".
Some of the topics that children will practice in Schools, will the football, handball, basketball or badminton, a multisport program coordinated by the monitors and technicians of the Department of Sports.
As highlighted by the council responsible for the area, Juan Manuel Abellan, "with these schools should complement the training that children received in the Municipal Schools throughout the course, expanding the offer in the summer, and also serving as complement of leisure activities and entertainment offered locally. "
The first round will take place from 1 to 15 July, from 9.00 to 11.00 for children aged 9, 10 and 11, and from 11.30 to 13.00 for younger than 7 and 8.
Similarly, the second round will take place from 16 to 30 July, at the same time.
The fee per course is $ 11, and registration will be formalized in the Municipal Sports Pavilion, "Carlos Garcia", all the seats are filled.
2014 Summer Tournaments
Moreover, the term Sports has opened registration for the 2014 summer tournaments, table tennis and badminton, so that interested persons must register with the Municipal Sports Pavilion Carlos Garcia, until July 3.
The draw and schedule of table tennis will take place on July 9, while the badminton will take place on July 8, both at 13.00 pm in the Pavilion.
In both tournaments a system of mixed single league competition will continue, and entries will have a fee of 10 euros for under 15 and 15 € for the rest.
