On Saturday, the Department of Equality put an end to the activities planned for the month of June with the Women II route, in which the participants discovered one of the greatest natural treasures of Jumilla, "El Charco del Zorro" .
The route started from the Arc de San Roque towards the natural landscape of the "Charco del Zorro", passing by the old town on the town.
Once at the Charco del Zorro, participants, enjoyed the natural environment that offers one of the most significant sites of the municipality.
It is a wetland of outstanding natural beauty where you can see some birds and plant species characteristic of the area, such as blackberry, decorative ivy and elder.
The route continued behind the Cerro del Castillo, where participants learned, among other places, the Ecopark, or Municipal Animal Shelter, a route of about 7 kilometers ended again, at the Arc of San Roque.
The next Friday, June 30, at the Municipal Issuer, Radio Jumilla, will be issued from 11.00 to 12.00, a new installment of the monthly space "Equality in the waves", which will balance, among other things, the Equal activities of recent months have highlighted including the Workshop Creating an Ecological Garden, chats "Caring for your body" and "Protection, feeding and care of infants," Recycled Beads Workshop, or Basic Computer Workshop Level I, which ended this morning with the presentation of certificates to the participants.
