The School of Music, the Conservatory and the Coral Canticorum, shook hands this weekend for a good cause, working with Caritas Jumilla, through a benefit concert to raise it got over 1,900 euros.
Taking as starting point the 70's and 80's, songs by legendary bands like ABBA, Mocedades, Mecano, Queen or Nino Bravo, took to the stage of the Teatro Vico with an unusual journey into the past, in which they participated more than 120 people including musicians and coral.
Thus, the voices of the Coral Canticorum joined the choirs of the Municipal School of Music and the Conservatory, which, added to the side of the conservatory, led to a fascinating musical show for the audience.
The Municipal Conservatory and the School and fired the 2013-2014 school year until September, however, during the month of July, the School held a summer workshop, the reinforces the musical training of students.
Workshop Summer School of Music
The workshop will be held throughout the month of July, from day 1 to day 31, Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 13.30.
Some of the concepts that students find work coordination between music and movement, introduction to violin lessons, tutoring, educational musical games, and various outdoor activities.
Tuition will be priced at 20 euros, and the registration period is open until June 28, for a maximum of 30 students.
