The Conservatory of Music "Julian Santos" Jumilla dismisses the 2013-2014 year with a special concert at the Teatro Vico, which will feature performances by the choirs of both the Conservatoire Municipal School as well as the jumillana training "Canticorum".
In order to promote the music, especially the coral, in Jumilla, partnership between Conservatory School of Music and Coral Jumillana Canticorum, and thanks to the initiative of the directors of the respective groups, Isidro Alemañ Sanchis (Coral), Marisol born Corridor Cano (Choir School and Conservatory) and Cesar J. Gómez Sánchez (Conservatory Band), was launched this project sees the light after several months of work.
With a full repertoire of adaptations of songs from the 70s and 80s, groups like ABBA, Mocedades, Mecano, Queen and Nino Bravo, the concert will also have a charity end, as the economic benefit of the tickets will go entirely to Caritas Jumilla.
Tickets will be priced at 6 euros in armchair, 4 euros on stage and stalls and 3 euros in general, and can be purchased at the box office of Teatro Vico, on Wednesday, from 18.00 to 20.00 hours on Friday at the same time, and Saturday, two hours before the concert start.
