Last February, a team of Canal Cocina moved to Jumilla, space to record a new television show that broadcasts and produces the same string "Today Mayor kitchen", in which Enrique Jiménez, was in charge of putting on the apron to export part of Jumillano gastronomy through television.
A gazpacho with rabbit and snails, the plate was chosen to represent the traditional cuisine of the town, which he accompanied with a good local wine, goat cheese Montesinos and sequillos pirusas and dessert.
Opposite the Teatro Vico, and under great expectation of local residents that there traveled to see the skills of the mayor at the stoves, Enrique Jimenez, put in value addition to our kitchen, part of our cultural history, material heritage, traditions and holiday, as some of the claims, the visitor is in Jumilla passing through the city.

Cooking Channel will broadcast the morning Wednesday, June 6, result at 15.00, 17.30 and 22.00;
Saturday 7th June at 18.00, and Sunday, June 8, at 9.30, 15.30 and 22.00.
