People who manage to overcome the contents will have a degree that will credit them as heads / as wine service, heads / as a dining room or masters responsible for buying drinks, vendor / specializing in beverages and deli, or consultant / a beverage.
The course will include a total of 740 hours, 650 hours of theoretical and practical are taken in the Sociocultural Roque Baños Centre, and St. Augustine in the restaurant, and 80 hours of professional internship.
