Last December, the Department of Culture and Tourism, in collaboration with the Institute of Culture Wine Jumilla (ICV) organized the painting exhibition "Wine in Art", for which, the Artists Association Molina de Segura, made according to each partner that would work for wine-related works and their world.
The exhibition, return back to the resort, but this time it does Bodegas Luzon, where this evening will be inaugurated, which will be attended, among other personalities, the Councillor for Culture and Tourism, Maria Dolores Fernández.
Nearly 40 works by 16 artists make up this exhibition, which pays tribute to wine and everything that has to do with him.
The exhibition "Wine in Art" will be held in the facilities of Bodegas Luzon, and will run until 30 May.
Exhibition 10 years of Lorca Taller del Tiempo
Moreover, within the program of exhibitions these days hosted by the city, this afternoon at 19.00 pm in the Cultural Hall Cajamurcia will be the opening of the exhibition commemorating the 10th anniversary of Lorca Taller del Tiempo, which Jumilla travels collaboration with Cajamurcia Foundation.
The opening ceremony will be attended by the Councillor for Culture and Tourism of Jumilla, María Dolores Fernández, Councillor for Tourism Lorca, Francisco F. Montiel and manager Lorca Taller del Tiempo, Maria Angeles Dormouse.
In this presentation an overview of the 10 years of activities the tourist consortium has been carrying out to promote cultural tourism in Lorca is done by performing a retrospective of the restoration of heritage, promoting the city, creation of tourist routes, got prizes among other issues, in order to communicate that Lorca is recovered and encourage tourist visits to the municipality.
In conjunction with the exhibition, Time Workshop staff will undertake a commercial work in travel agencies and groups in the area revealing new tourism resources of the city as the Archeological Park and Castle XV century Synagogue where the exhibition "Traces of Jewish Culture in Lorca" in his tour of Spanish cities has been visited by over 70,000 people, and Easter parades.
In addition, visitors who come to see the exhibition, may participate in a contest with their mobile devices and tablets via a QR code, can get a gift on your next visit to Lorca if correctly answer questions.
This exhibition has already roamed to different cities in the region and neighboring provinces near and Caravaca de la Cruz, Vera, Cehegín, Cieza and Torre Pacheco and continue his tour of the region visiting San Pedro del Pinatar and Yecla.
