The next Sunday, May 11, at 6:30 am, is scheduled to hold a farewell Mass and the traditional pilgrimage of Christ Tied to the Column
Hundreds of Jumillano Jumillano, wore flowers the main streets of the city, on the occasion of the offering of flowers to Christ tied to the column, which organized the Brotherhood of Christ for this weekend, as tradition, a week before of the Pilgrimage.
Hundreds of people, associations, groups and members of the government team, and the Municipal Corporation, headed by the mayor of Jumilla, Enrique Jimenez, departed from the Garden of Rollo to the parish church of Santiago, where Christ's offering awaited flowers Jumillano faithful.
The Bugle and Drum Band The Arm of the Christ Group Songs and Dances Francisco Salzillo of Jumilla and the two bands of the resort, the Musical Association Jumillano Julian Santos and Friends of Music Association, participated in the tour, putting the musical note to this traditional event in the town.
The Pilgrimage of Christ will begin this coming Sunday, May 11, after the farewell Mass will be at 6.30 in the morning.
