Jumilla was responsible for sheltering the city this weekend the V edition of the Tour of Murcia Master, which involved a total of 180 runners from teams coming from various parts of the Spanish geography.
World champion Jose David Gomez, the Orquin team was the winner of this edition, after beating teammate Juan Carlos Fernandez, who was second, and Jose Manuel Moreno, Monforte del Cid Mobel team that finished third.
The test was divided into three stages, the first of 83 kilometers starting and finishing in the Market Square on Saturday morning.
In the afternoon, the time trial took place at Santa Ana, one of the decisive evidence of the Tour, in which José David Gómez became the lead with a final time of 13:01:01 minutes.
The Sunday morning took place the last stage, a total of 110 km, in which Juan Carlos Fernandez imposed on José Manuel Moreno and Jose David Gomez, second and third place.
As stressed from the organization, the test has run normally, without incident and without injured runners, further thanked the predisposition of the City of Jumilla, and especially the Department of Sports, to develop and coordinate a test of these characteristics, with the "very positive both in the process and the organization" result.
